Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt. Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition.

To start a return or exchange, please contact our support team with your order number and reason for return. We’ll guide you through the process.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you and process your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please mention it during your return request. Exchanges are subject to availability.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
